Our commitments under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

This Modern Day Slavery policy sets out our actions and commitments in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers and other business partners who work for or on behalf of Kintris, regardless of their location.

Kintris strives to identify and mitigate the risks of slavery and human trafficking within its operations and supply chain, and establish a framework for reporting and responding to any instances of slavery or human trafficking.

  • Providing support to any individuals affected by modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain

We will regularly review and update this policy to ensure it remains effective and in line with current legislation and best practices.

6. Reporting Concerns

All employees, contractors, suppliers and other business partners are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chain. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
